Two-component thermally conductive liquid gap filling material.
Two-component thermally conductive gel is a two-component thermally sensitive material consisting of two different components.
One component (called matrix) is made of various special raw materials such as heat-sensitive copolymers, potassium heavy metals, heat-resistant flexibility agents, etc, and the other component (called synergist) is made of various materials such as thermoplastic polymers, heat conductive agents and heat stabilisers.
