Two-Component Thermal Putty

Two-component thermally conductive gel is a two-component thermally sensitive material consisting of two different components.

One component (called matrix) is made of various special raw materials such as heat-sensitive copolymers, potassium heavy metals, heat-resistant flexibility agents, etc, and the other component (called synergist) is made of various materials such as thermoplastic polymers, heat conductive agents and heat stabilisers.

-High plasticity, able to meet the filling of uneven interface;

-Highly efficient thermal conductivity, low compression force applications;

-High electrical insulation, good temperature resistance and new performance, can be automated use and other properties;

Soft and with better surface affinity, it can be compressed to a very low thickness, which makes the heat transfer efficiency increase significantly;

-Thermally conductive gel has very low hardness, even no hardness, and will not produce internal stress on the equipment after use;

-Can be directly weighed and used, can achieve fixed-point quantitative control.
