The tooling departments is one of the important departments of ShenZhen Great Technology Co., Ltd, which is committed to providing high quality tooling design and fabrication services with advanced equipment and professional design team.
The department covers an area of 1,700 square meters, of which the constant temperature and humidity workshop covers an area of 300 square meters.
The company is equipped with 8 CNC machines, 3 of which are Makino precision +/-0,005mm, and 6 EDM machines, 2 of which are also Makino brand.
The assembly workshop is also equipped with milling machines, grinding machines and drilling machines.
The high-precision CNC and EDM are able to fabricate various complex tooling with extreme precision request.
In addition, Great’s mould design team has rich experience and professional knowledge to provide high quality mould design solutions. The team of mould designers consists of 4 mid-level designers and 2 senior engineers with more than 10 years of experience in mould design, with a total 30 employees in the department. Currently, the tooling department has a monthly capacity of 30 to 50 sets.
