The Mould Processing Department of Shenzhen (Hong Kong) GREAT Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the important departments of the company, which is committed to providing high quality mould processing services with advanced equipment and professional design team.

The department covers an area of 1,700 square metres, of which the constant temperature and humidity workshop covers an area of 300 square metres.The company is equipped with 8 CNC machines, 3 of which are Makino precision 0,005mm, and 6 spark machines, 2 of which are also Makino brand.   

The assembly workshop is also equipped with milling machines, grinding machines and drilling machines.               

The high-precision CNC machine tools and spark machines are able to meet the processing needs of various complex moulds.

In addition, GNT’s mould design team has rich experience and professional knowledge to provide high quality mould design solutions.

The team of mould designers consists of 4 mid-level designers and 2 senior engineers with more than 10 years of experience in mould design, with a total quota of 30 employees in the department. Currently, the mould processing department has a monthly capacity of 30 to 40 sets of moulds.
